Inside Jennifer Garner’s Stay-Slim Plan — The Heat-and-Eat Diet!
If you look at Jennifer Garner’s figure, you would not guess she was a mother of three and especially 42 years old!
Not only does Ben Affleck’s wife have toned arms and legs, she also has a thin physique, which steals the spotlight whenever she walks the red carpet.
However, she has confessed it’s not easy to stay in shape. “When you’re hungry, you’ll eat anything,” she insists. “All you care about is fast…You just need fuel right away!”
This is exactly what most of us feel. To help fix America’s fast-food problem, Jennifer recently teamed up with Luvo, a new frozen-food concept.
“I was binge eating quietly in my trailer,” the Dallas Buyers Club star dished to Ryan Seacrest about her unhealthy eating habits on set.
With Luvo, you don’t need to worry about binge eating. Like similar brands, Luvo uses fresh produce, lean proteins (skinless chicken breast, tuna and eggs) and small portions of oats, brown rice and whole wheat pasta in each of their meals.
“They are staked with nutrients that fill you up,” Samantha Cassetty, Luvo’s nutritional director, tells Life & Style. “You won’t experience the hunger pangs that come with other frozen meals.”
Jennifer, who recently celebrated her birthday on April 17 with a trip to Disneyland, is proud to support Luvo and their method to losing weight.
“I feel so proud to be a part of this movement, taking delicious, healthy, convenient, affordable food to the entire country,” Garner states on Luvo’s website.
