Luvo won't compromise

But there are a few things we just won’t compromise on. In every meal we create, you can count on there being:

  • No high-fructose corn syrup
  • No artificial preservatives
  • No artificial flavors or colorings
  • No hydrogenated fats
Luvo sources ingredients from healthy farms

We searched long and hard for meat suppliers that fit our standards for good food, and we’ve been lucky to find a few partners who really shine in this area.

What does that mean to us? They’re fed a natural, nutritious all-vegetarian diet, and allowed to grow up like normal animals without growth hormones or antibiotics. This goes for all the beef, chicken and turkey we use, and all of our eggs come from cage-free chickens.

Luvo sources organic ingredients

We use certified organic and non-GMO ingredients whenever possible, and make every attempt to use the highest quality ingredients from the best planet-, farm-, and people-friendly sources. Our goal is to find the best-tasting, nutrient-dense food at the best possible price.

Right now we offer a line of non-GMO burritos, and we always source organic corn and rice, as well as non-GMO alfalfa, canola, cotton, papaya, soy, sugar beets, zucchini, and yellow summer squash. We’re also committed to sourcing non-GMO ingredients where possible, particularly when it comes to high-risk crops such as corn, canola, soy, and sugar beets. Today, our flatbreads are made with non-GMO ingredients. And we’ll continue to look for ways to create more organic and non-GMO meals without sacrificing affordability.

Luvo proves frozen is a good thing

It’s hard to argue with the appeal of fresh food. But when you harvest fruits and vegetables at the peak of freshness and flash freeze them like we do, it locks in the nutrition and taste as they go from farm to plate. Flash-frozen produce isn’t a compromise—in fact, it’s the best way to deliver maximum nutrition and taste year-round.
