India brought us Bollywood, some of the best food ever, and of course, the lassi. Be sure to use the ripest mangos you can find – the smoother the results, the better!

Ingredients
- 2 large mangos, peeled, pitted, and cut into cubes
- 1 ½-2 cups of plain full-fat yogurt
- 2-3 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cardamom (optional)
- Mint for garnish
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth (add more yogurt if mix is too thick).
- Pour lassi into cups and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
- Top with mint and serve.
