Ingredients
- 1 cup full fat yogurt (you can use greek yogurt for added tanginess)
- ½ large cucumber, grated
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 green chilli, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and let mixture sit in the fridge for a few hours so flavours mingle and develop.
- Serve on pita bread or on top of almost anything! It works great as a topping on grilled meats and vegetables.
