Super Rich Date Chocolate Mousse
Try this decadent, dairy free denouement when you’re looking for something rich without the guilt.

Ingredients
- 3 bananas, soft but not overripe
- 10 dates, pitted, soaked in hot water for 10 min
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
- 5 tablespoons almond or cashew butter
- 1 teaspoon all-natural vanilla extract
- 1 avocado, soft but not overripe
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth. You may need to add a splash of almond milk (just a teeny bit!) in case it’s too thick to blend.
- Place mousse in dessert cups and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Serve chilled topped with chocolate shavings and enjoy!
