Thai Iced Tea
Looking for something a little exotic-tasting to sip on during the dog days of summer? Try this version of a classic refreshing treat with a Thai twist. Mason jar optional.

Ingredients
- 3 bags of black tea
- 3 bags of rooibos tea
- 1 litre of water
- 1 can of coconut milk
- Agave syrup or honey to taste
- Lots of ice
Instructions
- Brew the tea and discard tea bags. Place tea in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool down.
- Get a few tall glasses, fill them with ice, pour chilled tea up to ¾ of the glass, then top with coconut milk.
- Sweeten to your taste (usually 1 teaspoon or 2 does the trick).
