Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne is a great way to jazz up a tomato sauce without adding salt. Just a small pinch will spice up any dish.
Peppercorns
Choose whole and then grind it fresh when you need it. Experiment with white and black. We use white to get a little more heat and spice, and a little goes a long way.
Dried Bay Leaves
Add whole leaves to soups and rice pilaf for an excellent aromatic. Just don’t forget to pull them out before serving!
